We’ve been working hard on a new round of updates for the Ceelo app. We have been improving the look and feel of the app and making a few new additions to the soundz.

Expect new Beatz to be included on a regular basis as we ramp up development and production for the next few months. The focus is on quality Hip Hop and Tech Beatz for your listening pleasure.

We want the app to be more than just a game to play when you are bored. We want it to be a part of your night when you are hanging with your Homies. Down some bevvies, light up a spliff or two and chill to da fine beatz that we create for you. When you feel like having a game it’s right there waiting for you with da fine beatz rocking steady so all you have to do is get your roll on!

Some people have asked what is the math behind the ceelo engine. We don’t want to say too much but you can be assured that we have spent a considerable amount of effort to ensure that the system is as random as we can possibly make it. We are sure that the system is not possible to manipulate by playing at a certain time of day or night or by playing the numbers. Each and every time you roll you have an exactly equal chance of getting Ceelo, the devils mix, a trip, num high, ace or 1-2-3.

We are so sure of this that we challenge you to find a way to reliably reproduce a roll sequence! Of course if you do find a method you may not want to tell us about it especially when battle mode drops…

We have just submitted a minor update with improved dice animations. Still working on two dice mode. That will definitely be in the next update.

We have just released a minor update with some new dice animations.

We were hoping to have a bit more functionality for you to play with but that is not to be. However Apple have stopped us from releasing 2 previous versions of the app. They have deemed that because the functionality is incomplete it had to be completely disabled i.e removed before the latest release could go live.

We have argued our case as much as possible. We would love to share the latest work with you even if it is unfinished. We want your feedback on the potential of the interface for battle mode. We have written a lot of code but we don’t want to push too far in one direction without hearing from you what you think is important.

We are coming up to some important milestones with downloads now.

Realtime battle mode would make this game wayyyyy more interesting for a lot of people.
